Vancouver Island Jazz Choir

Vancouver Island University jazz students participate in the Vancouver Island Jazz Choir as part of a course which explores the idiom of choral jazz in a broad spectrum.

Students are thoroughly guided to become better singers, sight readers and musicians as they learn material which may range from classic vocal jazz to Argentinian tango.

Look for them at the Malaspina Theatre on campus when the music department hosts their end of term concert series. Stay tuned for dates!
